What happened to that Camera?

For long it has been heared that such a camera is being invented which can take snaps of the events of past as where a while ago what happened, who were present, who was doing what. It will record the voice as well. Recording of past voices news were coming even before that. Once there was a news that speeches of Gandhi ji and other leaders speeches during the freedom fight are being recovered as voice recording. The murder event of Gandhi ji is being picturized and voice recorded both. About camera it was said that few seconds before or some time earlier events recording camera is already invented. Now it is being tried to increase its capacity so that the pictures can be taken for some more time in past. If this thing succeeds then hearing past centuries voices and seeing pictures could be possible. But later on no news of such cameras and recording has come. Where as in this era of telecommincation technology the possibilities of this invention have become more. This camera and recording should have been invented and should have become common.

If this camera could have been invented.
The mind repeatedly goes towards this unusual camera because now a days the world is very concerned with the incidents of terrorism. Whenever any thing happens according to its severity over its inquiry and investigation governments spends a lot of money and time. People too get worried. By investigation agencies and media reports very strange and interesting things are found to read and listen to. More over if the current situation is beneficial to any one, that is the media , whose entire business is run over the stories full of suspense. But for common people the invention of this camera has become indispensable. Like if this camera and voice recorder would have existed, then on 11th sep 2001 what ever happened in America and for the preperation of that what ever happened that could come infornt of the world. The same way last year on 10th sep what happened in batla house colony of delhi, after that on 26th nov what happened in Mumbai and how it took place, world could know. Ten guys crossing the sea how landed on the coast, then with the ammunition and comfortably entered the five star hotels and how killed the people, every scene could come to light and to catch the criminals and to held anybody responsible , it could be much easy for the government.

One this idea strikes too.
One this idea comes to mind that this sort of camera is not let to be invented or if it had been invented then the imperialistic powers blocked this technology so that the loot and plunder, killing and spoilage, terrorism and exploitation by them and its facts do not come in light. What stories America had told the world about 11th sep, these cameras could have brought the reality out. Israeli terrorism and its monstrous plans could come infront of the world and also in any country whatever is happening in the name of war on terror, would not have happened, justice could be there, but alas this camera had remained just a dream. By the way human world should not be downhearted. Just this belief is required that there is a real, true and creative power exists and is watching all of this, one day entire human kind has to face to that. Devine nature’s camera is picturising each and every act of humans, who ever and whatever did everything would come infront, and that day is not far. It is coincidence that the ummah which is the target of the situation today, has this belief. Now it just is required to make this belief stronger and fulfill its compulsions.

Answer of a question

Do the circumstances and environment have any role in women’s abuse ? Is not any stimulus there which encourages criminals for the crime ? Is not in any manner the woman responsible for that ? – The answer for this question will be negative if searched in the light of the discussion which is going on in the parliament and the media after the abuse of a Russian woman in Goa. That is woman is not responsible in any case in anyway, she is completely innocent and guiltless, thus her behaviour should not be discussed. The reason for this discussion is that in a tourist place of Goa a local resident is accused of sexually harassing a Russian woman and escaped. There was a huge storm in media over that and women organizations too became active, issue was raised in the parliament as well. On 15th December a member of Congress Shanta Ram has just said that “Women too should be careful in their behaviour, hanging around with unconcerned men, being with them till late night, then making a big noise over any dispute with them is not fair.” Over this the outburst became more aggressive and it was accused that the abuse of women is being justified.

This mentality was there earlier too
This mind was there in the country earlier too that, say nothing to women no matter how they live out, adopt any kind of behaviour, whatever is there style of living in the market, offices, factories, colleges, night clubs, in the wedding functions, where ever they like they can go, what ever dress they want they wear, get out of homes in whatever fashion they like, go out with any one they like, live with them, talk to them. Do not advice them, those who advise should be considered backward, old fashioned and retrospective. But as a result of this behaviour if any thing like maltreatment happens to them, then this has to be declared as a heinous crime and all responsibility be put on the accused. But after the rising storm of globalization and feminism (feminist movement) this mind came out some what more openly. People say that the bad individuals are just bad, they do not have any impact of the surrounding environment, they do not see anything, more over it is even claimed that there is no link of their crimes with the women behaviour and their life style. This mentality is part of the western culture where this thing is not much offensive. That is why after the arrival of western imperialism these scenes have been noticeable on our land too.

What is the old tradition of the country
Once a responsible police officer of Delhi in a similar case just said that girls and women too have to be careful in their dressing and behaviour, then there was a big outburst against him too. The question is, if this is the culture of this country and its people ? Never. Modesty and shyness, obscuring with respect to elders of the family, outside of the homes too showing well manners, are the old tradition of this country. Reminding women and girls over their mistakes has been the way here. No one did ever mind it here, but now it looks bad. Now the outbreak of western feminism has convinced the Indians to accept every evil as a good. In this entire discussion the voice of farsightedness is not coming from anywhere, all just excitement and that is it. More over the puppet of corporate sector, media, is further stimulating this fire. Is not there any circle in the country which can make this thing an issue to debate that what actually the civilization of this country is. For this , traditional shyness and modesty is necessary or the shamelessness derived from west.? Those who feel pride in their regional culture should also take notice of it.

Religion, in an able Judge’s view

Justice S.H.Kapadia thinks that issue of poverty and economy is the actual issue and to resolve it, it is mandatory that the Religion be kept only inside the home, “Because this is human’s private matter.” Justice kapadia is a senior judge of supreme court and next year after retirement of the present chief justice, will take his place. This view he expressed on 10th December in an event organized in connection with the “Human rights day” in which almost all senior lawyer were present. Many important personalities were there. This remark of kapadia about religion has nothing new because this concept is derived from west and adopted as a fashion. Otherwise this cocept is of those who are not sincere about religion. But what Justice had told further in this regard is very meaningful, “If any religion is based on fear, greed and desire, heaven and hell and the concepts alike then some individuals or groups finally exploit these beliefs and as a result this thing make people tend towards terrorism.” (Indian Express 11th Dec) Vice President Mohammed Hamid Ansari was present there too in the function.

These gossip about Religion
These gossip about religion if come from any semi educated political leader or if any communist group say that then they could not have been so considerable but these thoughts such a person expressed who is an educated and a senior Judge of the supreme court, going to be the Chief justice of the country in few months. We do not know how much justice kapadia had thought on the existence of the God and how many religions he studied but what reward and punishment and glad tidings and threats and such beliefs he mentioned, that makes it obvious that he meant it about a particular religion, which he studied as per his perception and angle of view. And this thought is the shade of that campaign which, a circle of special thoughts launched that not any such religion be let grow which holds these beliefs. This evil act is also seen relating to the conversion of the religion and to make some law for that and its echo some times even be heared at the level of state governments too. Once a central institution NCERT’S Information magazine too had run this campaign.

What the awards and verdicts are
The topic of the debate could also be that in our country on the higher level what type of thoughts are growing, in the changed international situation what is the status of the knowledge and honesty. But for now apart from this discussion it needs to be seen as if the concept of reward and punishment for human actions are such dangerous then what would be said about the Judicial and penal code of the country, in which punishment is set according to the nature of crime. Also in military, police and in other services, better performance is acknowledged by awards and rewards. It should be like, the humans should differentiate between good and bad. Do good deeds and avoid bad. But practically it is not so, that is why in all countries there are punishments for crimes, fear of which generally keeps the citizen away from crimes. But those who break laws still do that. Criminal guys do commit crimes. That is because of the fact that a law made by humans neither can keep humans from committing crimes, nor can punish the criminals for sure. And the government awards matter is as such that few clever individuals by doing wrong and even breaking law get awards. At this point human society feels the necessity of a true religion and its code of life. How good it would be if a group of representing muslim scholars meet Justice kapadia and discuss this issue.

Supreme Court and Varn Vyavastha

Supreme Court that is the highest court wants that the central government immediately make some efforts to eliminate hindu varn vyavastha. For the court, this is very sad that the cast and creed system is continued even today under which events of cruelty against the lower casts take place, thus this system has to be completely eradicated. Supreme court’s two able Judges bench comprising Justice Dalveer bhandari and Justice A.K.Patnayek, gave this advise to the government giving the verdict in a 30 years old case. In 1979 in lohari village of hussain ganj town, U.P. people of thakur community killed 7 dalits. Court gave the verdict as life in prison for six thakurs. Two among them died. Four alive offenders are asked to appear infront of the cops. Able Judges say that for the rule of law and democracy it is mandatory that the centuries old system as soon as possible be eliminated so that so called higher casts could not behave cruel towards so called lower casts. Judges think that this event of lohari demands that varn vyavastha should end.

Ther are many things to be considered
In this ruling of the ablejudges there are many things to be considered. “Lower” casts face cruel events continuously. Cases come in the courts too, but it could not be recalled as supreme court attacked the cast system itself in the ruling in any case. This is perhaps the first time that the supreme court took notice of this act in this way. But this advise of the able judges looks some strange. Do they hope that government will act on their advise. And even if acts, then this thousands of years old tradition which is fed into the minds of the people here as such that this has become their belief, will really be eliminated.? Do Judges are aware of the small but very powerful and strong faction that is dominant over almost all the aspects of the collective life of this country, and wants to keep this system anyway at any cost. By softness and by harshness too. This reservation in the jobs for dalits, this campaigning against religious minorities, promoting communal hatred, and these riots, are the strategy to keep this system going so that “lower” factions do not move from their state.

Make this the topic to debate
But no, the judges of supreme court can’t be unaware of these facts. Surely they are aware and are better aware than others. And they also know that the fall of this system is not easy, it is very difficult. And also that their advise is of no use. But after all that if they gave this remark, this expresses their mental pain which is caused because of this cruel system. And this is a satisfactory thing for all humans who are victims of this system or those who are human friendly or think the entire humanity as a creature of one god and his family. Able Judges expressed their inside by urging or advising the government. Now it is required that intellectual people of the country make it a topic to debate. This debate be started countrywide that this system of differentiating as high and low by birth, how rational and how irrational it is. Supporters of this system give their evidences and the opponents decline them. What and how much will be the effect of the two honourable Judges advise on the government, this is hard to say but this advise has provided an opportunity for a countrywide debate.

What the Union minister has said

“ India, in near future should not proclaim for organizing the Olympic games, because this is a poor country. We would successfully organize the common wealth games but that does not mean that we can even organize the Olympic games. This is very expensive thing. China spent fifty arawb rupees on organizing of Olympic games, can we spend such a huge amount. By looking at this country’s poverty and problems of the cities I don’t think that we should think of organizing Olympic games right now.” Union Sports minister M.S.Gill gave this unusual statement in rajya sabha on 25th November whem members expressed their view that if we would organize common wealth games successfully then we should claim to host the 2020 olympic games as well. This statement is unusual because the government, ruling front, and opposition BJP nobody is ready to accept that India is any poor country. Times of India (26th Nov) reporter was surprised that Union minister said poor country to India . If Gill could just stop by saying that right now our country is not in a position to host the Olympic games then it might not have been any objectionable thing but going further he said it is poor country and that too giving the statement formally in the parliament.

When Preime minister was in White House
But the most interesting factor of the union minister’s statement is that he called the country poor in such a movement and mentioned about the poverty and problems when our Prime minister was in America and he was being received as a leader of the “rising economic power’ and ‘world power’ , American president was hosting him like an equal super power, and the force of editors and reporters who went with him were decorating this welcome adding four moons more with their reports and analysis. 25th overnight, TV channels were making a hue and 26th newspapers, in which somewhere M.S.Gill statement was also there, were full of this welcoming news. During that time inside the parliament showing the country as poor is really shameful. By this, atleast those have become angry who like to host Olympic games, those might be upset as well who were getting out of the bottle with excitement watching America calling India a ‘world power’. This innocent and positive wishing people did not even come out of the anger, that they were slammed with another hit when rural development minister of state pradeep jain aditya told lok sabha on 30th November that 77% of the country’s population that is about 84 crore people are making their living earning less than twenty (20) rupees per day.

What is there behind this craze
About the economic situation of the country M.S.Gill spoke truth because he is not any politician, he is public service guy, he was chief election commissioner. And the minster of state had to speak truth because these numbers and statistics are presented by a committee of experts. This is the situation of the poverty in the country but our Government and two biggest political parties are dreaming about making it a ‘world power’ with the help of America. There is large population on the earth which is lacking the clean water to drink but these people are searching water on the moon by spending arawbs of rupees. In this craze this question is cleverly being covered as in south asia particularly in our country what is America’s agenda. Why it is pating the back of our politicians and by raising a hoax of imaginary global terrorism, for what goal we are being used. Present government’s policy makers and BJP agenda is very clear that they want to increase the well being and wealth of only one faction of our country. But few among the thinkers and realistic scholars of country can not rise so as to bring the government here and politicians out of this imaginary world and assumptions and convince them to work for the 85% citizen of our country. ?

“Will Liberahan commision’s report be helpful in giving a new life to BJP ? ”. This question Indian Express posed to its readers who use internet. If any media reporter of a developed country of west or Asia who just came newly here, if read this question then he might have felt very strange. With this report what that party can be benefited whose top leaders had been accused of a big law breaking event, who are accused of bringing the country to the edge of communalism, it was said about them as they have exploited the emotional people for their political gains. After such heinous accusations by a law commission there could be more difficulties for the party and its leaders. The type of question itself shows that party is already in bad situation and it needs oxygen. And question says that this report is going to be proved as oxygen to the party? A new comer foreign media reporter might have been surprised over this question. Because in the developed countries these accusations are enough for any party to break down and be defeated.

This is what happens here
But this could be felt by only newcomer. Those reporters and analysts who are living here for long time now, and who might have studied the structural elements of the politics here, would have well understood the nature of the question. Because this is what happens here. Breaking law, destruction, killing and looting, and the game of blood and fire to take political advantage is not any strange here. That party is proved itself to be expert, the question is posed about. Moreover that party have grown and survived just by these law breaking and destructive slogans. Publishing of Librahan commission report not just in its workers and supporters but also in its high profile leaders, could have created a wave of cheerfulness, which had been seen in both the houses of parliament on 24th of November. Pleasure over the fact that atlast the devastated party had got some food for the new life. Also as this political group has many languages, over the same matter a different language in the parliament, some different language in the courts, and then an entirely different language infornt of the people. Experts of the wording game can be found in a large number in this party.

One more question
Few analysts might be thinking that if this political faction is such a dare in breaking law then why would people be supporting it ? Funny thing is that they get the support as well from a portion of people. That is because of the fact that this is the result of the people’s brain washing for long time. Resposnible nations and countries train their people over the constructive fronts. Here they are made dishonest, overstating and overmuch in a destructive way. This thing is done in educational institutions by syllabus books. Historical facts are shattered, continuously propaganda is done against the religious minorities. The biggest weapon is patriotism and Rashtrawad. The stroke of which even many big journalists, political analysts, historians and experts too can not withstand and start following their trend. Few because of their own mindset and few because of the fear of so called fake patrioctics. Newcomer foreign reporter might have been surprised more by seeing next day reply by the readers as 66% positive, that is two third of the readers give their opinion as BJP will be benefited by Liberahan commission’s report publishing. And thus the structural elements of the politics of this country can be an interesting topic for the developed countries.

“Attack” on media

Countrywide emotional and sensitive situation which was created over the statement of Sachin Tendulkar and the harsh comments of bal thackrey on that, was not even calmed down, the shiv sena party workers made their party and their leader again the target of countrywide anger and grief by attacking a TV channel’s office. These attacks were on IBN 7 and IBN Lok Mat centres on Nov 20^th in Mumbai and Pune. Shiv seniks in their traditional way aggressively caused big damage and destroyed tools and stuff. They have beaten staff, scolded them, abused women staff. They had a complain that these two channels were using inappropriate language against their leader bal thackrey continuously since many days. The rowdiness was so brutal that condemning started from all over the country immediately after the news spread about it. The outrage of media was specially worth watching. Shiv sena ally BJP too expressed grief over the events. Moreover Raj Thackrey sena too condemned this violence. Condemning from other political parties too is continued. Bala sahib thackrey is being criticized, in media he is being scrutinized in such a words which never ever had been used for him before.

They do not have right to make noise

This anger against thackreys and shiv senas is valid as their talk and action is as such, but atleast one faction has no right to cry over that and that faction is media. That is because they are the one who make thackreys. And that thing media people do as per their unwritten but agreed upon rule that “Give publicity to those who are emotional, aggressive and give statements based on the hate and hatred and spread their statements where as ignore those who talk sincere and constructive and talk about mutual relations, do not give much importance to them.” 45 years ago when bala sahib thackrey started his politics in mumbai with the statements against south Indian people residing in Mumbai, then Maharashtra ’s marathi and and gujrati press tossed it up very much. Newspaper reporters used to always surround thackrey, each and every word uttered irresponsibly used to be reported, long interviews of thackrey used to be published. When thackrey turned towards muslims in the name of hindutva then this thing became four times over. Then the English press and south Indian regional language newspapers also started publishing in the same chorus and then the south Indians in mumbai took a bit relaxed breath.

Message to the destructive elements

Newspaper by adopting this behaviour indirectly sent a message to the destructive and evil minded elements that speaking with hate and hatred against any group or community is the easiest and best way of gaining popularity. By this an individual not only just gets popular and important but also the government and law get scared to him. Police too fear getting on him. Because the destructive and provoked crowd is his strength and just by an appeal he can gather a crowd. And comes into the position of igniting the fire and blood and the killing and looting business just by one statement. Along with bal and raj thackrey, many other evil leaders newspapers have created in different parts of the country. Then when TV channels along with the newspapers came into this field, they just changed the style of reporting completely. Made this profession completely corrupt. Linguistic, Regional, Cultural, Religious and Communal feelings are being exploited, and that is how today country’s media had become a social evil. But when the dishonest owners, editors and reporters started this all, they never ever have imagined that their own created elements can turn towards them one day. And now when they turned, now these guys are making noise which they have no moral right for. Why not it should be told to them that this is all your deed, now taste it. ?

What did you say that “ For global terrorism wahabi sect is responsible as it, by filling the poison in the minds of muslim youth, lead them to the way of terrorism.” It is true that on 21st November conference in Vigyan havan of Delhi where you spoke, that was international conference of judges over terrorism, you were supposed to say something over this topic. But if you say, you could have said something responsibly and something of your standard. Whatever political inclination you got, you are known as an outspoken and straight forward speaking legal expert, and by that aspect we value you. Taking your profession you do not even care about your own political circle. It should be remembered that when in 1996 BJP’s first government was formed for 13 days and you were made its Law Minister, then in one statement by clearly ruling out the concept of uniform civil code you had said that “This is not practical.” Even after that your fair speaking came forward over few matters. But by declaring Shaik Abdul Wahab of seventeenth century as a bad man , and by holding him responsible for todays terrorism you proved to be irresponsible, uninformed and lacking awareness. Atleast from you this bizarrelyness was not expected.

What that was expected from you
Over the consistency of your image for the straightforwardness, it was expected from you that you raise the question over the reality of international terrorism, show the conference that whatever events are taking place in the name of terrorism many of them are the government dramas and in some countries few silly and anti muslim circles themselves are doing terror activites to defame Islam. If in the world anywhere, really violent activites are taking place then there are reasons behind them. Only you could dare to speak about the reasons. Because in such conferences and statements this aspect is cleverly overshadowed and whoever talks about reasons he is labeled as the supporter of terrorism. But it is the pity that you did not say anything as such and together with everyone else played the same tape which is being played since eight years continuously around the world. You claim that including Islam you are a student of all religions and respect Islam but with this statement it seems that you did not even learned the first lesson of Islam. By this ruthless statement your value is lessened in the hearts of those circles who used to think you are not only informed and aware but also brave and fair spoken.

A benefit surely was there
But one benefit surely is there with your statement. You unconsciously pointed out the goal and target of this two days international conference which the organizers and most of its delegates were expressing only in signals and gestures. To any informed citizen there is no doubt in it as this conference was the continuation of the same campaign which is launched by America worldwide to defame a particular religion and its followers. Behind the conferences of this type American and jewish lobby stands actively. Since in this matter our country too has become ally of America, that is why our government is showing some extra enthusiasm. Though by entire program of this conference the goals and targets were obvious but by your statement its aim can be clear for those protectionists of ummah who want to keep their eyes closed from the trend of events and situation. They can also understand that your statement is the echo of the silliness of that circle which is trying to devide muslims in wahabi and non wahabi sects. At the event of ajmer blasts home minster of that time shiv raj patil had said that this is “wahabis act”. Before that over makkah masjid blasts one so called expert of the security issues bharat verma said on a channel that “This is effort to impose wahabi tradition”.

Liberhan Commission's Report

After a wait of seventeen long years, finally the one member Liberhan Commission which was investigating the demolition of the Babri Masjid and incidents related to it, submitted it’s report in front of the Parliament. The Government presented the report and informed the House about the steps taken by it and what are it’s plans in the future in this regard. It should be clear that even before it was presented the secret was out which was a cause for a great commotion in the Parliament. This report highlights the conditions in which the Babri Masjid was demolished and who were the people responsible for it, what was the role of the Government of that time, what was the role played by the state government and how did the central government dealt with it. This point has already become clear that the commission has accused 68 people, which include former Prime Minister and senior BJP leader Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the present party president Lal Krishan Advani. It has also presented some recommendations such as bringing an end to the combining of religion and politics and the use of religion for political gains, giving harsh punishments to people who make use of religion to gain power and making of laws for this purpose, to ban such government or governments which include religious articles in their agenda, the election commission should reject the nomination of such candidates who are found involved in spreading religious hatred , stopping people from making caste and class as election issues etc. All these people clearly belong to the current government. Beauracracy has also been found guilty and muslim leaders are also not forgiven. The names of the leaders mentioned in the report which the commission has presented which comprises of more than a thousand pages belong to BJP,RSS,Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Shiv Sena and Bajrang Dal etc.

The points explained by the Government, which express their plans, state that the government will try to get the speedy judgement of the various cases registered against the accused in the different courts of the country, but they have not promised that any action will be taken against them, whether they are individuals or parties. In this way the Government has announced that cases registered against people involved in communal riots will not be taken back. The proposal which was given by the commission for putting an end to the use of religion for political gains, the government in this regard has given this clarification that it will send it soon to the commission so that they can ponder upon it. In the same way the government has also agreed to this view of the commission that the attitude of the police should change and fresh thought should be given to the ways and methodologies and necessary steps should be taken for their improvement. Also the police force should be equipped and also trained with latest arms and ammunitions . But the government has not accepted this proposal that a commission which has a competent authority and a legal status too should be formed for the security of sensitive places and memorials. In the same way it has also rejected the proposal of forming a separate force to control communal riots. However this report of the commission has once again proved that such parties are present inside the country which are involved in spreading communal hatred. In the same way this fact has also become clear that such individuals not only stand as candidates in the elections rather they get elected and reach the state assemblies and parliament too. The presence of weaknesses in the structure of the governing body and the police organisation has also been proved. It is now time to watch what steps the government is going to take in this regard.

Third record of Cricket hero

Sachin Tendulkar this year made three records at once. Became the first player to make 17000 runs in test cricket, playing continuously 20 years entered into the 21^st year and the third record was made just by chance. What happened was, at this event Sachin won everyone’s heart by telling “I am a Maharshtrian, I am proud of that but I am Indian first.” And also that “Mumbai city belongs to everyone.” But the third record did not make up just by winning hearts. Record was made when shiv sena’s bal thackrey wrote in his marathi daily ‘samna’ that “By saying those things sachin angered marathi people.” Thackrey had objection over two points. On saying himself Indian first rather than being maharashtrian, and over saying Mumbai belongs to everyone. Media hyped this analysis on large scale. What else could it be, bal thackrey was condemned from all over and sachin was poured with flowers of praise and that is how sachin got the position of “national hero”. This debate is still continued in media – But was this matter that important that there needed to be such vigorous debate and this strongly reacted upon ? Some one would be made hero and someone villain ? Emotions be provoked and this issue be declared as patriotism and anti national ?

This issue is not that worthwhile

No, this issue is not that worth. This debate is useless. This question itself is vague and funny that “first you are maharashtrian or Indian” It is the simple thing that individual holds both the identities at the same time. Sachin was born in Maharashtra and India at once. There is no conflict between these two identities. The problem raises when some one insists that first he is a maharashtrian and at any cost would work for the benefit of maharashtra then this mentality might also be created in other state people. Factually this happened too. In this country first time who ever said this, its impact was over entire country. Today between states and regions whatever border, culture and language clash exists, that is as a result of the same question. It is also the fact as this conflict reached till the lowest level. Every state got many many regions, every region consists of many districts, every district has many many jurisdictions, towns and sub divisions. Every jurisdiction has many villages, and every village people think theirs is the best village. For the sake of it there is nothing wrong in it, but this love if turn into discrimination then it creates problems. “What first” question is like a child being asked as tell whose son you are first , your mother’s or your father’s ? If he replies that I am son of both at once, then insisting on him that you have to tell whose son first you are.

This silliness is age-old

Actually this is the fabrication of silly minds and is the same question which is every now and then have been asked to muslims of India that “ tell you are muslim first or Indian first?”. Some evil minds even today raise this question. And the funny thing is that so called secular circles and “pro minority” people talk fuzz in reply to this stupidity in defending muslims and also few muslim scholars and politicians by irresponsibly uttering their say in “first” and “next” useless debate, make the position of muslims difficult. Whereas questions of this type are worth of being rejected dislikeably. Those who do not have any program for the betterment, success and salvation of humans, or whose own lives are free of any constructive concept of life, only those think of these stupid things and media makes them shine. Be the question of “you are first maharashtrian or Indian first” or be it “Indian first or muslim first”, is not just only vague and meaningless but also evil. This is the game of the fabricators of words. There should be legal action against those who raise these questions. It is government’s job to restrain media in this regard.

Whatever maharshtra nav nirman sena is doing in maharashtra in the name of marathi language and culture, thatis being condemned rightly from all around. But those who condemn are also in some level possess the same narrow-look and discriminative mentality as well. In 60’s when bal thackrey raised this issue then only people from south India were the target, specially the tamil people. Whereas in the neighbouring Tamilnadu a campaign against hindi was run which was a violent movement. Over the question of belgaun in Karnataka, the kannada feelings were same as extreme as in maharshtra. Issue was the same language and culture. Before that Punjab state was formed over the same question of pujabi language and culture, even now between Punjab and haryana abohar and fazla is still to be resolved. Actually the door for language dispute is opened by the centre itself by forming states based on the languages. And by hindi craze everyone is aware that how from the government and political level it was tried to be imposed on people. Once even jan sangh raised a slogan of hindi, hindu, Hindustan . But when looked at south and also have seen that indra Gandhi is doing this in much better way then it had withdrawn from the hindi slogan.

Look by widening the circle

That means language discrimination is not any new. In mahrashtra senas just did a new thing that is started kicking out other state people, but only hindi people. They did not mess up with gujratis as they are the wealthy guys. To summarize it is like if any community based on solely language and culture can not tolerate others then it is also a fact that outside of its own circle it also may be unacceptable to others. If any other circle start this then a tension may be created. This is the nature of human beings. Now if this thing is seen by widening from the regional level to the nations level, the exactly same situation will emerge. If any country’s people on the regional, racial, linguistic and cultural basis want from the people of other countries to accept their superiority, then that is resisted. Except that any nation , race or state do this by cheating and shrewdly or make itself powerful by military, atomic, economic and science and technology
power. German race thinks itself the best race in the world. French culture claims that it is the best human civilization. But none of the two is in the position to make themselves be acceptable to the world. But two powers seem to be successful in this effort. Jewish and American. One by cheating and shrewdness and the other by material power.

One question from human beings

The history of the humans witnessed that in the world whatever bloodshed took place that was due to the conflict of nations, races and civilizations. This conflict still exists but in some different forms. Countries today if are accepting the superiority of America then they are doing because of their weakness or some greed or benefit. Few countries are quite and from inside trying to make themselves stronger so that they can come forward to compete with America . Means no one with fair heart and with fairness accepts the america ’s material and Israel ’s racial superiority. If this is the true situation then there won’t be true peace in the world established. Cruelty and chaos be there on earth. Now this is the question that is there a need for the world and its people of a concept of life which rising above national, racial, linguistic, cultural and regional emotions and think about safety, well being and salvation of the entire manking considering the whole
man kind one unit, make all people connected with each other with love, mutual cooperation and well wishing. No human can answer this in negative. By the good fortune of humans this concept of life is there in the world. But their misfortune that the group of people who holds and carries that, it is unable to present it to the world in the right way.

At this event police obtained few things which were meant to show the event as blast has been done by muslims. But this could be shown as such when patil and nayek succeed in their task, means by leaving explosive material in the selected place and escape from there. Blast could take place at the crowd of deewali resulting many people to die. Then on a large scale news would come that “from the place of blast a shopping bag is found on which Khan Market Delhi is written. A bottle of atar and a basmati rice which has urdu writing on it is also found. After that, with reference to police some muslim group name would have been taken (this time perhaps “goa mujahideen’ would be discovered) and media in no time would spread it through out the world and start connecting the links from one to another end. But more dangerous than that thing would could happen were the communal tension start in goa and in other states too evil minded elements would start jumping around. But this time too the divine wish was the same which was in nanded and kanpur earlier. That is the people fabricating the plot fell victim to their own plot.

Are these silly evidences
Some people can think that Patil and nayek were stupids who were doing this with such silly evidences, then it is be clarified that they were neither stupids nor unaware. Whatever they were doing, were doing knowingly. They were experienced and wanted to carry on their task as per the method they usually do. Now if the bomb blasted before they wanted, then it is not their fault. This method is being used through out the country since a long time. And ‘evidences’ are why silly? Where the police and media consider these evidences as ‘solid’ there the general public easily will also believe it. This is the proven and successful method of police and secret service agencies. While doing this terrorists always keep the complete and solid proof with them so that for police to identify and to reach to a conclusion there should not be any difficulty. They do not forget to put their id cards, diaries written in urdu and their planning maps. Sometime even Holy Quran , Islamic books and the praying beads are found with them. In last eight years wherever terror events took place, the same thing happened in most of them, and that is how malgonda patil and yogesh nayek did not do anything wrong. Now the thing which is to happen, happens anyway, like it happened in kanpur and nanded.

Something special in Goa
But there is an unusual thing in Goa that is the inquiry agencies and police seem to be sincere in knowing the truth and efforts to knowing facts. From the place of accident, findings of misleading evidences, though after 23 days but still is not any usual. Exact an year before after malegaon blasts actual criminals unveiled, the same thing happened. During the peak of unveiling news, 26th Nov events took place and malegaon events were just forgotten like nothing had happened there. Now as Goa facts are moving further, news coming that “lashkar toiba” is planning to attack on a large scale. Sometimes it becomes inevitable to believe that this “lashkare toiba” is for sure is linked with these anti-muslim circles of India, otherwise atleast at this point do not plan to attack.

What Fatima of London did

These days there is much of a talk about a stage play. This is story of a young muslim girl of London who belongs to an asian family but her entire family is coloured in western culture. She herself too is part of the same culture. Her mother Rukhsana is fond of western dressing and refering to feminist movement of west she says it is the matter of woman's like and dislike. Thinks hijab or veil is the opression on women. Fatima was brought up and educated in the same environment. In school too she mixes up with all white people even has a white boy friend. But suddenly she changes. The part of the western life style which is of shameless and based on prohibited and bad things she avoids. And thus by her style she obviously looks like a muslim girl. A muslim girl who for common western society is a old styled, backward and one holding dark age thoughts. Fatima by this change in her becomes strange not only in her school and surrounding but in her own home. Now the central theme of the drama argues with the question that why did this change come in Fatima and what is the motivation behind that. The story of the play is written by a 21 year old girl Ateha sen gupta and presented it to public with the help of a white director and a local drama company. The name of the drama is "What Fatima Did."

This is analysis of a non-muslim girl

Ateha sen gupta herself is also a daughter of Indian immigrant parents though she was born in britain. The idea of writing this drama she got based on her own observation and experiment. Reporter of Daily Hindu, Hasan sarwar after seeing this play sent a report from london and analysed that after 9-11 in america Islam is being debated all over the world, pardah or hijaab is in debate in particular, about which it is beleived that muslim women do hijab not willingly but due to the pressure of their family people and the society and this is verily a cruelty on women. Sen gupta tried to prove this baseless and wrong. And showed that muslim women observe hijaab by their own choice and by this wants to show their muslim identity. Fatima too by adapting this style wanted to show as she is muslim and she is proud of that. (The Hindu / 3rd Nov). Sen gupta also showed that in britain, there is discrimination with non-britains specially asians due to their cultural and religious background. For Ateha sen gupta Fatima's act is reaction of the same. Also by her action she wants to show the way in between.

Actual thing is not identity

Over this report of Daily Hindu its readers also expressed their views. Most of them have moderate or positive views. But that mind is also obvious which even with sympathy for muslims is unaware of the wisdom behind the Islamic rulings. For example in 5th november's paper this concern of Aditya dekonda of Hyderabad that "For showing identity is it the only way of hijaab, muslim women surely show their identity but it is not necessary that adapt hijaab only, there are other ways of showing the identity too, in your selected field of expertise the better performance is also a way." The answer for that could be as, the showing of identity itself is not the goal. Practicing Islamic rulings is the goal. Identity is the secondary thing. But this answer can not be satisfying for everyone. Thus this question is to be brought forward as why Islam requires women to observe hijaab. what is the wisdom behind it. what are advantages of doing hijaab and what are the drawbacks of not doi8ng it.? That is to understand the benefit of hijaab for the human society and its wisdom it is required that first Islam and its theory of society be understood. Only after that unity of god, interest free economic system, and daily life ruling about halal and haraam can be easily understood. The debate over hijaab along with america and europe even in India could be a best reference for the Dawah of Islam.

"I have two different pictures of women hanging on the well in my room. One is of a woman who is wearing burqa (veil) and is covered head to toe as such that no one can see anything through. In another picture there is only bikni on one woman and everyone can see through everything. These two extremes are the symbol of so called "civilization conflict". In any civilization the role of women is considered pivotal. I am not the expert on the situation of muslim women nor I am the advocate of Burqa. But i defend the values which burqa represents. To me, burqa is the demonstration of woman's modesty and blessedness. The centre of concentration of a muslim woman is her home which she makes and runs. Raise children and help grown-ups. Contrary to that bikini wearing woman is actually nude. On the main roads and on TV show up herself infront of lakhs of people. Actually she is such a property which is no ones but still every one's. She keeps selling herself off in the market. In America the civil standard of the woman is her sexual attarction. As this attraction disappears, she vanish from the scene and surrounded with several problems. Compelled to live in helpless condition.

Whose comparision is that

This comparison of bikini and nurqa is not by any muslim analyst, it is from a world renowned western analyst henry makow. (www.henrymakow.com ) Henry makow is a Canadian Switzerland immigrant citizen and he has an expert view over the situation and events taking place there. He is christian by religion. Over iraq and afghanistan occupation of america he thinks that this is nothing but taking away from uslims their natural resources and making them loose their religious values. To zionism he thinks enemy of christianity as well along with islam. To feminism means western women movement he says is a plot against making human society imbalanced. Makow also received readers views over his comparision. Most of them expressed positive views. Even those rival analysts who write against islamic values all the time adapting a soft style. Means anti islamic analyust peerey had to say as " Burqa and bikini both represent the slavery of woman." (whereas to peerey till now only muslim woman was the slave and suppressed) A young man and his gril friend from america wrote that this anlaysis made them think a lot.

This beleif got strength

By this anlaysis of henry makow this beleif got strengthened that the third eye of people is looking with deeper and unaligned eye towards the situation which has been created against islam and muslims by western conspiracies. Where most of the countries and their people by accepting american imperialism and its global agenda knowingly and unknowingly and gave them selves in mental slavery, there are some foresighted and just people who are concerned over this situation. In euorope and america itself the number of these type of people are increasing who are raising voice over america's campaign against islam. And warning the world against the dangerous impacts of the american imperialism agenda. A large number among them is that who is attracted towards islam due to the western countries campaign against islamic values and muslim countries and injustice and wants to honestly see what is the fundamental difference between islamic beleif and western culture. Sab TV is an entertainment channel. A comedy serial comes on that 'FIR'. On 22nd October story at 9.30 pm at the end of the story a scene was shown as an unkown person calls a lady police inspector and says he wants to kill her, if she dares can come at the top of so and so building. That lasy accepts the challenge and reached there wearing a bullet proof jacket. That person takes position in a bush and fires bullets on her. She falls down, then camera focus is again on the attcker who smiles at his success. There isnothing special till this point. The special thing is to watch when he smiles on his right dome of rock and its minarette are shown. That means viewers see killer belongs to which religion. In the second part of the story killer tells the reason of this action. He says to lady police officer "I wanted to kill you because you have kept my terrorist brother captive, and there he got punishment to be hanged to death." And that is how the story is clear that not only the person being punished is terrorist but also his borther is his suporter and accepts that his brother is a terrorist.

The way of showing identity
The thing here to be noted is the way of showing the killer and shwoing identitiy of the terrorist. Genrally terrorists names are shown which represents their religious identity.. the same thing could have been here when that person says " my terrorist brother.." Here too any muslim name could have been taken. But instead of doing this a mean technique is used. And this did not happen for the first time. This technique is being used on channels since a long time. Some time ago in kolkatta sarav gangoli's baby daughter was kidnapped and kidnappers asked a big amount of money. This was the obvious case of seeking money and kidnappers could be of any group, but atleast two channels tried their best to prove it the act of 'islamic atankwadi', in a suspense way showed it as a terror group of mumbai. To make strong point of their stand channel sheapishly showed the beared, turbine and a poster of quranic verses with a gun showed repeatedly as no one should have a doubt as what religion kidnappers belong to.

The lash of the accusation of terrorism
Terrorism accusation lash the muslims of india are tolerating since years and being patient. Evuil wishers for this purpose fabricate new ways and new terms. To break and pain out heart and soul 'Islamic terrorism' term was not enough that now by displaying our holy places with the news our hearts are being crushed. It is because we are helpless today. We don't know as if those organizations, institutions and individuals know these satabnic techniques, who are moving around organizing conference against the terrorism and who have the same concept of terrorism as here government, police and secret service agencies, fascist forces and evil wishing media had fabricated. These days a new wicked term is being coined "Love Jihad". This term came from the southern states kerala and karnatak where evil wishing groups as usual started a propaganda as many hindu and christian girls in a large number being converted to muslims by winning over. And this thing particularly is taking place in colleges. Muslim students and youth first trap them in love mesh then make them muslims. Later on these girls are lead to the way of terrorism as well. Media people are giving the news of this evil wishing according to their own ways and their inner souls. Where some channels and news papers are exaggerating this evil stab, some principled reporters are unveiling the truth of this propaganda as well. Like in 24th October The Hindu, its reporter Sudpoto Mondal did. And as far as the urdu press is concerned as usual the enormous reaction is coming. Kerala and karnatak muslim leaders too sensibly took notice of it, but probably only upto the point of statements. What action plan they have prepared to restrain this new wickedness, we don't know.

What could be the base ?

To defame Islam and muslims the new and strange tricks are being used, this 'love jihad' is newest of them. But before discussing the issue as why they are doing this ? It has to be looked into as how these evil wishers got this idea or what could be the base for it. In the country, whatever is the moral situation of the youth, is not hidden from any of the virtuous citizen. In colleges there is less education and more entertainment. Students spend more time in Fashion, ragging, intoxication drinking, and other immoral activities. And now if some students keep away from these things and concentrate on education, spend time in libraries seeking knowledge, wear decent clothes, behave respectfully with teachers, fellow students and management, naturally they attract those students and girls who already possess these qualities. Girls naturally have these good qualities among them. A survey revealed this as muslim students, boys and girls, in colleges over all refrain from these immoral activities, concentrate on studiesand behave and hold good manners. In this situation if same values sharing students get close and sometimes it reaches to marital relation it is not any strange thing.

This is the fear of moral power.

So this is the base which evil wishers got. And they are making this tiny stone a mountain and doing propaganda that muslim boys on a large scale targeting non muslim girls. More over these evil thinkers fabricated a funny term 'love jihad'. Over this a karnatak leader M.P.Prakash's statement is recalled which as a home minister he gave on 9th July 2007 at Bangalore talking to NDTV. He said "In connection with Glasgo airport terror attacks, the three youth of Bangalore who were arrested, in appearance they look sober, well behaved and full of enthusiasm of serving people, by looking at them no one among people can say that these guys can carry out terror activities or can have such dangerous thoughts. These guys are more dangerous than the road side criminals." (Indian Express 10th July 2007). About arrested three youth kafeel, sabeel and haneef, these information to the home minister were provided by secret agencies. So it is learnt that entire worry should be because of the islamic manners and its expression, and should be there as well. Because in the name of progress and economic well being the evil and immoral storm which is coming from the west, moral syustem of islam is the only hurdle. And this is not just the local issue this is an international campaign.

Look on our flags "crushed people's freedom" is written. In Russia Communist Revolution's leader Vladimer Lenin addressed this to muslims in 1917 immediately after Revolution. It was clearly told in that as whatever happened during the oppression of zars of Russia will not happen in Communist rule. Means it was an obvious effort of taking muslim community in confidence and gaining their support.

History record shows
Record of the history shows that during the initial period of the revolution, environment was pleasant, was a type of compromise. Situation started deteriorating when communist rulers started campaign against the religion and took Islam into fold along with the christianity. That is because the origin of communism was atheism and it assumed religion its biggest enemy. The mistake with balshyook rulers was that they wanted to ride all the religion with the same stick. By seeing christian bishops behaviour and situation of the christians, made their mind. The same mistake was done by the founder of commuist way of life Carl Marx. Whereas muslims were not against the spirit of the revolution of 1917. In the distribution of wealth justly, in fulfilling poor, needy, helpless and labourers basic needs and making their standard of life better, muslims were with them in revolution religiously. The fundamental difference was the beleif of one ness of god and the resurrection. Means muslim could work for the same causes with more higher goals. The hereafter salvation, is the noble offer of Islam to the humanity. But alas the revolutionists did not observe this aspect and did not let muslims a chance. If Marx would have observed the Islamic way of life then there could have been a great implementing force the 1917 revolution woul have got.

Revolution of Russia story is recalled as on internet "The Jakarta post" in an article "When Lenin and shriah met together" was seen. The author of that is an indonesian citizen Haleem who is doing Ph.D. from the Islamic studies department of an University in Montreal. Though in the article, history of Indonesia, strength of communist movement there before 1955, and todays situation is discussed. And it is mentioned as if communist movement reconsider its stand abouit religion and Indonesian people too accept the services of communist movement in the end of colonial system and then upbringing of it as a free country, then there by the mutual values of Islam and communism an experiment can be done. Beholders of communist system of life study Islam being honest and unbiased. 2.Cotrary to equal distribution of economic resources, just distribution they should observe oin rational basis. If they did not withdraw from the cause of poor, poor farmers, labourers, then they should try doing this experiment for sure.

The position of muslims in the world

Whatever is the objective of publishing peo research centre report about present number of the muslims in the world and statistics about that, but this report, in the entire world , western world in particular if not the issue of debate atleast has become the reason for attention for sure. It was shown in the light of numbers and stats as what is the position of those holding Islam as belief. Peo research centre claims that these numbers and stats are authentic which its sub institute ‘forum for religion and public life’ prepared after three years countinuous research in different parts of the world. There are enough reasons to believe that this American institute, which says that its expenses are taken care by a charitable trust, just for the service or welfare of the muslims. There are surely some objectives of America. And those objectives could be that America is trying to influence or control Islamic world by different tactics. These tactics are soft as well and some hard too. Mostly are hard. A survey like this was the need of American policy makers themselves. Thery could have kept this report hidden too, its unknown as what perceptiveness was there in making it public. And the charitable trust reality could nothing else be there but the Christian people and institutes might provide fund.


Possibility of positivity
Whatever might be the america’s objective, report is important for muslim ummah too. If those people understand this reality then their policy of conflict and collision would turn to compromise and sympathy instead. And if they see as a matter of fact any problem in accepting it, then atleast they will see that among Islam and western world there are more factors of unity and agreeableness than conflict and differences.

An unusual perception of the young leader

When Rahul Gandhi was telling in Shimla on 14th October that “ What importance we are giving to Pakistan, it doesn’t even deserve half of that, because that is a small piece of land which has no comparison with our country, that is why we should remove the illusion of Pakistan from our heart…” then policy makers sitting in Delhi might have enjoyed it, and surely might have smiled within closed lips. More than anyone else Foreign ministry official would have enjoyed it. Foreign secretary would have been laughing inside. Foreign minister S.M.Krishna when looked at Parnab Mukherjee ex-foreign minister with asking looks, then mukherjee, who taught Krishna foreign ministry lessons in May while giving the charge, would have signaled to keep quite and told in the language of the moment as he is still a young leader. Foreign policy wisdom he will get gradually. Deputy foreign minister Shashi tharoor could not have got free time paying five star hotel stay bills. He would have benefited with the statement otherwise. There is not any reaction yet from government side but it is guessed as in Foreign affairs office and Interior affairs office the situation would have been the same. And it was believed that Rahul Gandhi did not read the lesson of arth shastr and should be advised to read it.

Motive of the statement
Young General secretary of Congress expressed this unusual perception infront of the media reporters. Motive for this probably was that, like common people Rahul Gandhi also had been hearing the government officials statements daily morning, noon, afternoon, evening and night about Pakistan. When observed the performance of new foreign minister Krishna, 90% of that would have been the statements against Pakistan. Prime minister, home minister, foreign minister, national security advisor and other government officials performance also had much of it. And this thing might look strange as why there is so much attention for Pakistan ? But since he is not in the government and still new in the leadership role of the ruling party. Thus he did not get chance to understand the structure of government and party’s fundamental policies. That is why he forgot the fact that whatever he said about Pakistan, government policy makers know very well, know it since the beginning, and know it more than Rahul. There are very big minds in foreign and interior ministries who control the ministers in the policies. Whatever is sai, is said after very careful thinking.


Issue is of common people too
To Rahul Gandhi anyway government officials will teach the wisdom behind the government policies today or tomorrow but the issue is with common people too. Like Rahul many other citizen too think that what is going on after all. Very sensitive and delicate is the issue of terrorism. On the government level it is continuously being told that Pakistan is carrying out the terror activities in our country. Now a common citizen thinks that violence, destruction, killing and bloodshed events are happening more in Pakistan. For this government of Pakistan holds responsible to the same groups which government of India holds responsible. Then what type of country Pakistan is, which fights with the terrorists within the country, and on the other hand trains the same terrorists and send them to India. Informed circles also know that right now the Pak-afghan border is completely open for America and Israel agents, whatever they like they do. America by its dangerous drone planes openly attacking Pakistan areas. Government of Pakistan is not doing anything to stop it but it is interested in carrying out terror activities in India. This question ight also have come in Rahul’s mind. Whatever, if Rahul gave this statement consciously abou Pakistan, then it can be hoped that if the country’s affairs come into the hands of this Youngman then the realistic approach towards issues will be taken.

Opinion of a social affairs expert

Nitesh Sen Gupta says that the proposal of U.N.Commission for Human Rights which is prepared for combating any kind of discrimination based on the profession or cast and creed, is a good document. This will be helpful in India to stop discrimination and tension among casts and communities. Thus Indian Government should not oppose it, more over should support along with Nepal and Sri Lanka. Sen Gupta claims that the cast system is not there in the rigin of Hinduism and basic books like Upanishads and bhagvat geeta. There is only work distribution in them. This is manosmrati which gave this thing a form of permenant system and today it is the system of manusmrati that is established. Sen Gupta also says that the issue of reservation in government jobs for “lower and backward cast” has become a profitable political business. And the people doing the reservation politics do not want to change the situation For this Sen Gupta holds V.P.Singh government’s mandal report responsible. He is also fedup with “one man vote” democracy which according to him has created this situation. Nitesh sen gupta had been a secretary for India Government and was also a M.P. He is considered an expert in social affairs. He expressed these views of him in an article of Asian Age on 19th October.

The actual question is ignored
This article is one among the dozens of articles and analysis which appeared in Indian media after the U.N. Commision for Human Rights movement and these views of a former central secretary represent all of them. After looking into all these analysis , one thing clearly came out as the discrimination and the cruelty based on the professions and cast and creed is being condemned and being opposed but this very strange system is not being challenged. This fundamental issue is not debated as why humans are first of all divided into lower and higher casts. Who did it and why did it, and who gave the authority to do this to those who did it.? And now it is being told as this evil has come due to the manosmrati whereas old dharm study says that this thing existed already, mahrashi mano just revised it. Mahrshi mano is just a revivalist not the author. Actually 19 years ago the decision of action over mandal commission’s report had changed the face of country’s politics. To crush the awareness resulted by this announcement, many new issues have been created. Now the people who are talking about reformation in the light of U.N.Movement also wish that just discrimination be not allowed, otherwise they are not debating over the fundamental cause of the evil either, and they can not do it.
